"My husband and I wrapped up our two-week vacation in St. Vincent by spending our last three nights at the Holiday Inn & Suites—and it was truly the best decision we could have made. The hotel itself is absolutely wonderful—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping deserves a huge round of applause for keeping everything so pristine. One of the highlights of our stay was the full breakfast in the morning—it was top-notch. The staff in the breakfast area were so warm, friendly, and attentive, which made our mornings even better. Rachel at the front desk went above and beyond for us. She helped secure a late check-out and arranged our airport transfer on the day of departure, which we truly appreciated. Her professionalism and genuine care for guests made a lasting impression. I don’t mean to sound biased, but I’m incredibly proud of my country and what this hotel represents for St. Vincent. The customer service here is second to none, and the staff are doing an exceptional job. Whether you’re planning to spend your entire trip here or just a few nights, book it—you won’t regret it. "Old property in a very nice location, mature mango trees, in front of the beach, easy access to the Margaret walkway. But the best is the kindness and excellent service from all the people working here, thanks I really enjoyed my first time at this hotel!"

"I love this hotel. The rooms are nice although they are currently renovating some, the food is good and grounds are beautiful filled with fruiting trees, unlike the US. Any challenges you might encounter will be addressed as swiftly as possible. I've already booked for my vakay next year. "

"My sister and I stayed for three days. The cottage was a short walk from the ferry and Princess Margaret Beach. We could swim right off the walkway in front of the cottage. The amenities were thoughtful, the decorating was lovely and the fans kept everything comfortable. A trip for the memory books."

"Ich liebe diesen Ort! Genau so habe ich mir ein paar Tage Karibik vorgestellt. Einschließlich der Einschränkungen, wie z.B. zeitweise kein Wasser oder auch keine aircondition, dafür einen mega Blick auf das Meer bzw. Port Elisabet. Lunch, Dinner oder an der Bar DIREKT am Wasser ist schon sehr sehr cool! Ich empfehle das Frangipani wärmstens allen, welche nicht wert auf Schickimicki, dafür auf spirit und Natürlichkeit legen."

"I completely fell in love with the room which was a double edge sword since you can see the beautiful Caribbean water from bed. I got take out to enjoy the amazing room set up. They think of everything and I’m enamored with the decor and mosquito net bedding; super quaint and romantic. Super quiet at night and everything is walking distance. The owner was one of our favorite parts we will be back in a few months and will bring more family. LOVED it. "
