"Our room in the cottage section was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. We were impressed with the included continental breakfast, welcome drink and mini bar. Great value for money in a great location. Highly recommend"

"1st off, it was a disabled room and there was no where to hang towels. Secondly, there were no toothbrushes nor tissues in our room and we had to ask for it. Thirdly, the exhaust in the bathroom was not working so we had to keep the door open to air out the humidity. We did ask for it to be looked at, however it did not look like anyone came over to diagnose and repair. Forth, we asked for new towels to be delivered to our room and we waited for an hour, decided to walk outside and the towels were just placed on the floor in the foyer, no knocks on the door to hand us the towel, nor to notify us it’s outside our room. These were supposed fresh towels to be used after showering, placed on a the the floor where people have potentially transferred outside bacterial matter from the soles of their shoes onto the flooring. Reception service was not too bad though."

"Staff were friendly and super accommodating. A big thankyou to Kirsty especially. Facility was well located around shops, restaurants with picturesque parklands and waterways. The room had a beautiful outlook and was filled outdoor light which gave it a warming and spacious feel. Would highly recommend and will definitely be making this our go to when visiting Perth."

2/10 Terrible

"Our stay there wasn't great. They were late to check us in . The shower broke , so that was unavailable in the morning. The coffee machine cord doesn't reach the PowerPoint's as they are very low. We had to put the machine on the floor to reach the power. The bathroom sink taps are in the wrong place and water goes everywhere when you wash your hands. And finally they charged us for minimal stuff that was never used. Very disappointing stay."
