"This apartment in the San Joaquin neighborhood was adequate for 2 people, was located close to restaurants and dance clubs (we were there to tango; 3 weekly milonga sites within a few blocks!), but far enough from the hectic Carrera 70 to be an easy place to pick up an Uber ride (average fare about US $3 - 4 around town). There are also numerous grocery stores within a few blocks. It came with kitchen supplies, but had limited counter space if you actually want to cook. Also, there is no a/c but...

"Beautiful place, comfortable, loved the washer and dryer, safe, great location, easy entry, literally a block away from a supermarket and many restaurants nearby. We walked to the 70 twice, once at night with no worries whatsoever. We enjoyed every aspect of this stay and we will definitely consider rebooking for a long term stay. Personally the desk next to the patio door was my personal favorite and my partner very much liked the jacuzzi."

"Quite private property. Helpful staff. Good WiFi connection, comfortable beds, constant warm water in shower, working kitchen and washing machine. Negative is the amount of stairs to climb to get to the top floor. Otherwise would recommend."

"El anfitrión al llegar no me saludó sólo me dijo que cuanto iba a pagar la noche cuando le dije el valor me dijo que había tenido un daño y que no nos podía recibir, al día siguiente un amigo fue y le cobró carísimo y la habitación estaba sucia, no tenía ventilador ni aire y las camas en pésima condicion, a él no le importa si uno se queda en la calle a él solo le interesa cobrar bien caro por un lugar que prácticamente se está callendo de lo viejo y del mugre."
