Shops, cafés, restaurants, galleries, and the waterfront are just a short walk or bike ride away, making it easy to enjoy the charm of this historic coastal village. From the house, it is about a 5 minute drive or a pleasant bike ride through Bellport Village to the marina.

The highlight of the home is the private backyard, designed as a relaxing retreat with a swimming pool featuring a beautiful waterfall, an outdoor kitchen and BBQ, and inviting spaces to relax and entertain.

Spend sunny afternoons by the pool and enjoy outdoor dining on the patio. The spacious grassy backyard is perfect for games like ping-pong, volleyball, frisbee, and other outdoor activities, with plenty of room to play.

Other things to note
Please note that the swimming pool and outdoor equipment are used at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the pool and stove.

For security purposes, the property has an outdoor camera located above the garage facing the public road, monitoring the driveway and street area.

We value our guests and are always available to help with any questions or concerns.

House rules:
• Check-in is after 4 PM (early check-in may be available upon request); check-out is by 10 AM
• No parties or events permitted
• This is a strictly non-smoking property
• No pets allowed
• A maximum of 4 cars is permitted on the property
• We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during the summer months and to avoid loud music or outdoor noise after 10 PM
• Guests are expected to leave the home in a reasonably clean condition; any additional cleaning may be deducted from the security deposit
• Please help us be environmentally conscious by turning off lights, air conditioning and heating when leaving the home
