10/10 Excellent

"I arrived mid afternoon and the person on reception could not be more helpful and checked me on. All staff very polite and professional. My room was beautiful and toiletries were rituals. On my arrival was water and coffee. The only disappointment I had to move out of that room on the last night as toilet broke and kept running water do last night I was in a different room which is a shame but these things happen."

"Great place to stay, just across the street from the beach and a bike rental place. Breakfast is great! I also added lunch and dinner to my booking for a great price, but breakfast is better. I've stayed here before and will be back. Staff are friendly. There's lots of free parking 500m away. The pool was nice but rather cold in late April. The only issue was the shower. It would alternate between about 15 seconds of the temperature you set and 5 seconds of scalding, injury-inducing water. This NEEDS to be fixed since it's a safety hazard."

"Having stayed here at least 10 times and having just returned in May after visiting in April (because of cheap deal) we were greeted by Isobel. Isobel said she had a great room for us. I didn’t realise it was as sarcasm. It was probably the worst room in the hotel. Room 282. There is a stairwell directly outside the room that must meet the sewer because the smell was rancid. The room was the furthest walk and no sea view. Now many Spanish tourists came after and of course all the nice rooms with sea view were occupied by them. I doubt we will return. Very disappointed but I don’t actually think they are catering to the Irish anymore."
