"The apartment was roomy, comfortable, modern and supplied with ample kitchen utensils. Good location. Parking limited. No concierge; non-contact registering leaves you without anyone to offer immediate assistance. Malfunctioning RFID (electronic) keypad locked us out of our apartment on our last night and left us sleeping on the hallway floor with no bathroom facilities available; calls to SEEGER emergency assistance proved useless. Expedia was of no help. Wouldn't risk a repeat."

"Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund in der Ferienwohnung Reuter in Böchingen. Trotz sehr heißen Wetters haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist Spitze und die Vermieter sind auch sehr nett. In Böchingen selbst sind die Möglichkeiten bzgl. Gastronomie etwas beschränkt, aber Restaurants und Weinstuben sind fußläufig erreichbar. Im Ganzen ein gelungener erholsamer Urlaub."

"This studio apartment was located in walking distance to my destination at the university and was clean and spacious. On the negative side the apartment felt bare and uninviting in the style of a student residence, and had some functional issues, e.g. broken light bulb, dripping bathroom taps, low quality bed. A significant issue was construction noise from a major subway tunnel construction site in front of the building operating from 7am. I would advise anyone to check whether the project...

"Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sauber und modern ausgestattet. Alles vorhanden wie beschrieben und nichts zu bemängeln. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Familie Ball sind sehr freundlich, stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und geben gute Tipps für Ausflugsziele. Der Ort liegt in unmittelbarer Umgebung des Pfälzer Waldes mit dessen sehenswerten Burgen. Die zu Fuss erreichbaren Gastronomien sind zu empfehlen. Zusammengefasst war es ein sehr schöner, erlebnisreicher Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder. "

The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."
