This apartment was absolutely stunning by far one of the cleanest VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, and the location couldn’t have been better. The hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely be returning! And the boccerball was a fun bonus such a great touch!
The apartment is large with plenty of room for a family. We were attending a concert in State College. I am so glad we pick this apartment. It is beautiful inside and comfortable. The beds were comfortable so we did get well rested. The kitchen is loaded with everything you would need. The area is beautiful and historical. There is nice stores and restaurants. There is a wonderful park 2 blocks away that my dogs really enjoyed.
The apartment was beautiful! Great location for walking around. The hosts were very professional and their communication was prompt and on point. We will be staying here during our next PSU football game.

Plenty of space, lots of little extras to make our stay enjoyable. Comfortable beds and linens. Fast communication/responses from the host. Would highly recommend.
This apartment is pretty cool. We (one adult, two teen boys) stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The place was very clean and tidy, the bed linens were cozy, and all the essentials (and plenty of non-essentials) were there. We had a blast with Ms. Pac-Man and Boccerball, and enjoyed the fun little decorative touches around the apartment. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, and the town itself is quaint. I spent a morning painting watercolors in the nearby waterfront park just to capture the colors and feel of the place. Highly recommend.
We wanted to explore a new town on the way to our final destination. We found this delightful downtown spot rich with history. We also loved the attention to detail and added amenities. The board games and arcade games were a hit for both the kids and adults! Thanks for a wonderful stay, we will be back! We loved our stay and look forward to visiting again! Thank you Bob, Dannah, and Jess!
We definitely enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect we parked our car and were able to walk to everything. Communication responses are very quick. The apartment is very quiet we never heard anyone else in the building. It is on the 2nd floor but easy to acces
This apartment is very convenient to downtown. The bed we used was so comfortable. It was a rainy evening, so we stayed in and watched free movies and used the microwave. The kitchen is very nice, and it would be easy to prepare a meal there. There is a lot of space for several people. I thought the listing said two bathrooms, but there was only one. It was very large, and the shower worked well. Teh property manager was right next door and was very responsive. I definitely would recommend staying here if you are in Bellefonte.
The apartment was great! We loved the style and decor! Kudos to the designer!! Communication prior to check-in was excellent! Checking in was easy and secure with the code. The woman who greeted us was friendly and helpful!! We appreciated all the extras, like the coffee pods and filtered water pitcher. The morning coffee was perfect for us and we left 1/2 and 1/2 for the next guest. The towels and bed linens were fresh and clean. The only issue we had was there were no sheets that fit Murphy bed in the living room. This was our first trip to the area and would love to come back and stay longer in your rental. Thank you for such care and attention to detail. We very mumuch enjoyed our stay.
The place was very clean and is quite spacious. Communication was very timely and excellent. Bed linens are high quality; towels are very nice. Kitchen, I would say, is over-stocked...everything you could possibly need! Best stocked kitchen I've encountered with my VRBO stays. I would recommend this place to friends and family.
This history packed apartment is everything it claims to be. Our group consisted of three adults and two 16yo girls. We were traveling for the girls to compete at the Keystone Nations wrestling competition at the Bryce Jordan Center. The commute was maybe 20 minutes away. It was a much better choice than a hotel. The apartment is charming with plenty of room. The beds are incredibly comfortable. And it was well stocked with plenty of towels and blankets. My favorite part was the coffee/latte maker with numerous flavors and syrups. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The first night we walked to a family friendly pub a block away. We also ate at a Waffle House just across the street. My husband was able to take a jog along the water, also just down the street. I did not need to reach out to the owners, but they stayed in touch the entire time, making everything effortless. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!!
Fantastic communication with the property manager and owner. It was nestled in a beautiful historic area and its location for our weekend for the Penn State game was great. The apartment’s decor was amazing and it did not disappoint.
We had an overnight stay here. Firstly, town of Bellefonte has amazing architecture and this building is a piece of that history. The apartment itself is very smartly and stylishly done. There are so many nods to Bellefonte's history in the apartment which are terrific. The apartment is modern with all the conveniences you need but has retained many historical/industrial features which create a super cozy space. Plenty of games and entertainment in the space. My elementary school age child had no problem occupying their time. Building is a short walk to park which was great for our dogs. Breakfast spot is close by and we had no issues finding delivery for dinner. For a longer stay, kitchen is ample and made for dining. Short drive to Penn State which was great for our needs. Great communication from owner. Great Stay overall.
Picked this place to attend the Little League World Series and meet up with friends. Great location in Bellefonte easy walking in town to restaurants, river, shopping, and to attend the Grange fair. About 1 hour drive to LLWS in Williamsport but much less congested and restaurants not crowded. Will stay here again.
