"About 2 days into our stay we were forced to move rooms due to a "maintenance issue." No one would tell us what the issue was. She kept asking me what the maintenance issue was, as if I even knew. She had an attitude about having to make the transition in the computer, as if it was my fault. They never sent...

"Dirty bathroom, bloodstains on the sheets, shower had no water pressure. Air conditioning leaked and flooded the bathroom; it took maintenance 4 hours to respond. Then once they said they fixed the issue the AC stopped working and they never responded until the next day."
