"Wir hatten eine Kakerlake im Zimmer. Nach einer Beschwerde gab man uns ein Zimmer, in welchem geschnittene Nägel vor dem Bett lagen. Das dritte Zimmer roch feucht, so dass ich um 1:30 Uhr morgens schließlich um einen Staubsauger bat und die Nägel selbst wegsaugte. General Managerin war am Morgen sehr hilfreich und wir konnten problemlos mit einem Refund vorzeitig abreisen."

"The rooms are dated and in need of repair. Balcony doors were foggy and wouldn’t close fully. Bathroom door was rotted. It’s not the Taj Mahal but for the price it was fine for a night."

"Overall it was a good stay. Unfortunately there was misinformation online regarding a couple things but the staff were great in helping solve the issue. Great location and not too far from St. Augustine historic district so it was perfect for us."
