"Donna communicated with us before our trip to provide information about arrival and to offer transportation assistance from the airport. Once we were there she offered to arrange tours, suggest dining places and made reservations for us. She did everything she could to make our stay easy and enjoyable. On one of the tours she was our guide. That was so helpful."

"This place is just how it looks in the pictures, well kept and everything was in working order. Donna is easy to communicate with and very helpful with any other information that you might need. My only disappointment was realizing that the balcony in the pictures that you see are not the one that is connected to your apartment. Those pictures are the top deck and it's 2 stories up.
