"The location of this property is absolutely fantastic. The staff at the reception were so nice and kind above and beyond customer experience. The man at the bar who prepared our welcome drinks was super sweet. The room was just amazing, though we did not have a view from our room we were so tired when we arrived that we just slept. We didn’t hear any noise. We had an amazing experience, definitely coming back."

"Charming Bellagio boutique hotel is so well named! We loved everything about our stay. Just a 10 minute walk from the town center, it was tranquil. The rooms were clean and modern. We had beautiful views of the lake and hillside during the delicious breakfast. Nice to be able to wash and dry clothes (6 euros each for washer and dryer.) The staff was so helpful and kind. For a fee, friendly Alessandro drove us back to the Milano Ventrale train station at the end of our stay. Highly recommend this lovely hotel"

"Staff is very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good and rooms clean. The location is very close to a secondary ferry that doesn’t have an extensive schedule as the main ferry’s. It’s about a 20-25 walk into Bellagio or quick ride on ferry . It is a nice stay away from busy Bellagio ."

"We enjoyed our stay. It was a good quiet location, close to everything in Bellagio. The mini marts in town do not sell enough food products to make your stay truly self catered. We enjoyed eating at the many local restaurants instead!"

"I can’t say enough about the concierge team! They were able to arrange transfers, boat excursion, taxi…anything we needed with just an email. It was all arranged prior to arrival and was perfect. The afternoon terrace lunches were delicious, especially the gin and tonic experience. And the housekeeping staff exceptional. We had a beautiful room, and I would 100% stay here again if we return to Lake Como"
