The location is off the roadways so it was wonderfully quiet and beautifully appointed. Kitchen and laundry well furnished and clean. The price was excellent for the studio apartment-$76/night.

Loved the adjoining rooms and the privacy. Everything was clean on the beds...mattresses were hard for me with arthritis but lots of pillows. Accommodations were excellent. Needed larger cups in both rooms. Got our clothes washed and dried. We had a hard time with the stairs but we made it through the weekend. It was hard to lad the car to leave. The coffee pot had old coffee in it and wasn’t cleaned. But overall we enjoyed it very much.

The only issue I arrived late to the facility, and I was told to visit the desk to check in the next day which I did. But when I arrived at the room after being out for most of the day, I could not access the room. And there was kind of disturbing note on my door from another tenant because apparently they had given my room to this other tenant. They did assist me in getting into the room that night, so I was not disappointed with the staff, per see. But it was kind of disturbing being reprimanded by another tenant. The room was great. Thanks.

The property is in very well cared for condition with all the amenities! Even a washer and dryer--which we needed! There's not a "great view" (it's a tree line) but the porch was so nice.... We found it all to be a great place to stay, fairly priced and a convenient location to access.

Very nice area with numerous golf courses, nice homes and very friendly people. I would definitely think of this for a retirement home, convenient to everything and a short drive to much more.

The Greens II was beyond our expectations! Spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed relaxing in the recliners after a long day of golf. Lacey was pleasant and helpful, working around our tee times to make sure that we had everything we needed. Definitely will stay here again!

Everything was great! I could have easily moved in there forever! The manager Lacy & her sidekick Amanda did a fantastic job of welcoming me, the property was lovely & peaceful, the condo itself was to die for, had it all, I even did laundry, easy close to the front door parking, just perfect, I hibernated for 3 days it was so great!
