Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom waterfront vacation rental on Lake Rayburn in Bella Vista, Arkansas! This spacious home sleeps 4-6 guests comfortably, making it the perfect retreat for friends and families, or as a medium term corporate rental.

Outside you will find our home nestled in the Arkansas native dogwood, redbud, oak and hickory trees, with a stepped path down to your private dock on Lake Rayburn. Expect to see deer, the fox family that lives nearby, hummingbirds and other fauna as you relax on the multiple decks (a main one outside the kitchen which has the built-in gas grill, and a 2nd outside the master bedroom). Off street parking is in the driveway or garage.

Inside you will find an open concept living, kitchen and dining area, 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds (1 california king, 2 queens), 2 bathrooms, ample seating, and a fully equipped kitchen. You will have plenty of space to unwind and feel right at home in every room. With no shortage of fun and games, there is darts in the loft area and in the main living room, you have 2 couches, 2 chairs, an a 75" HD TV.

This vacation rental is an ideal location in Northwest Arkansas. You are less than a mile from the Buckingham Trailhead for the Back40, and less than 15 minutes to all that Bentonville has to offer (Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, The Momentary, Bentonville Square, the expansive mountain biking trail system, etc.). You are less than 5 minutes to Highway 49.

Wonderful place to stay!

We have friends in the area and we loved combining the nature activities w enjoy with the close proximity to our friends! “Turtle Cove” was amazing with turtles popping up here and there along with several Blue Heron’s to swim around. Roaming deer were great to watch. Accommodations were perfect.

Beautiful, clean, and spacious lakefront home in a quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed to cook and grill. The hosts were responsive to our questions and we hope to return someday.

Christmas visit

Well thought out rental. Very homey. Good sleeping arrangements. The kids blew up air mattresses and slept in the loft area. Towels were plush. My kids enjoyed the big bath tub. The owner set up a small decorated xmas tree for our stay which was very nice. They have soft blankets and nice sheets. Definitely would stay here again. Easy drive to family we visited in the area

Amazing place at a super cheap nightly rate

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay! Super clean space in quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful area with plenty of deer and wildlife to watch. Fair warning if you go through the yard to the dock there are deer ticks and chiggers so bring some bug spray! This is to be expected this time of year outside of town though so no big deal. The house was great, a quick drive to town, and under an hour to Eureka / Beaver Lake / White River. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!
