"Bella Vista was awesome. The property was very nice and well kept in a beautiful area. Loved the patio and the seclusion of the property. The host provided everything that was needed outside of your own food and drinks.Personal testimony: I am 2 weeks post stroke. And the forest area was much needed for my recovery. Thank you to the host for opening up their property. 10/10"

"Beautiful house in a great location. Overall it was spacious and clean. My family really enjoyed the games. Just missing a few things. Master bedroom didn’t have a top sheet. Also there were no wash rags in bathrooms and no regular coffee pot, and single cup coffee grinder didn’t work. Also looked for a baking dish but nothing available to cook casserole."

"Could use some brighter light in the downstairs bathrooms. All the ladies had to come to the master bath for make-up. Need to add a few bath towels, I think there was only 9, we had 11 people. We filled in with beach towels. Lake was clean and beautiful. Multiple trails and waterfalls within 10-20 minute drive. Keyless entry was easy. House was great for a large group. Extra fridge was helpful. Outdoor grill is new. Pool table, kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets were perfect. Kitchen appliances, blender, Keurig - all good stuff. Pots and pans were sufficient. Dishes and utensils were plentiful. Plastic food containers were slim. There is a Dollar General real close for last minute needs. Driveway is steep so be careful in bad weather."

"The property is well-kept, very clean and well-stocked. We had everything we needed and the host provided snacks and a little welcome goodie upon arrival. We picked this place because of the fenced back yard for our dog, but the lawn is not in good shape. There are very thin sprouts growing, but it's not a real lawn. The yard needs to be seeded or sodded. It rained some, and the yard the way it is too muddy to be useable. We did not care for the location, it is not part of the Bella Vista development, so it doesn't come with access to the amenities like pools and tennis courts. In summary, great house, welcoming host, yard that needs attention, and location that just wasn't for us."

"We loved this house. The back closed in porch was the favorite of all of us. Air conditioned and very beautiful view. Very relaxing. Tucked away but close to the Interstate for travel. Highly recommend!!!"

"Felt like home!We had the best time. What more could you want. The location is perfect for going to Crystal Bridges or not going anywhere and enjoying the water. Definitely book your stay for several days- the lake is gorgeous!l- and the host is awesome. Any questions, they are on it. Thank u for sharing your place."
