"The property is well-kept, very clean and well-stocked. We had everything we needed and the host provided snacks and a little welcome goodie upon arrival. We picked this place because of the fenced back yard for our dog, but the lawn is not in good shape. There are very thin sprouts growing, but it's not a real lawn. The yard needs to be seeded or sodded. It rained some, and the yard the way it is too muddy to be useable. We did not care for the location, it is not part of the Bella Vista development, so it doesn't come with access to the amenities like pools and tennis courts. In summary, great house, welcoming host, yard that needs attention, and location that just wasn't for us."
