** Bike Enthusiasts' Paradise ** This brand-new construction, very private 2-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps 6 and is directly on the Back 40 trail system (corner of SBAT and the Back 40). It offers easy access to 100+ miles of Mountain bike trails right from our house, bike storage in the garage, an air compressor, and miscellaneous tools available.

Perfect getaway for mountain bikers, Hikers, and Outdoor Enthusiasts!

- Direct access to the Back 40 trail system (corner of SBAT and
the Back 40)
- 5 minutes to Blowing Springs trailhead at Metfield Skills Park
(Which connects directly to The Razorback Greenway).
- The only home on a private cul-de-sac
- ample parking for trailers
- Keyless entry for easy access
- Bedroom 1: Plush king bed with blackout curtains
- Bedroom 2: Two plush queen beds, dedicated office space,
blackout curtains
- Family Room: 75” smart TV, vintage arcade gaming system with
60 classic games
- STARLINK internet is available throughout the home.
- Outdoor deck with grill for evening barbeques
- 3 minutes to Lake Ann
- Close to 7 recreational waterways for fishing, canoeing, and
kayaking
- 2 Stand Up paddle boards with life jackets, beach towels, water
toys and lawn chairs
- Bike storage in garage with air compressor for bike tires and
miscellaneous tools
- Access to POA amenities like pools, golf courses, lakes, tennis,
and pickleball (a small fee is required for some of the activities)

Cozy and Quiet Getaway

Super cute home and very clean and comfortable! All the amenities you need for a weeklong stay. Close to biking trails and we loved Devils Den State Park for hiking. Quiet location away from the neighbors. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Family get away

First impression was great! It was so easy, Ann was wonderful and it was very clean. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful. My family and i enjoyed our time there very much. I highly recommend!
