"Phyllis is a delightful host who thinks of everything. We were there for our daughter’s graduation from ECU. The back patio was the perfect place to host a family cookout and Phyllis was fine with that. The patio has a grill, games, plenty of seating and the backdrop of beautiful flowers everywhere! The attention to detail is remarkable. 2 couples stayed in the house comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked. We walked to downtown and loved downtown!
