"We checked into the room. The air conditioning didn’t work, the kitchen facilities were locked away. The toilet space was tiny and no where to wash hands after using. The balcony was tiny and dirty. The pool facilities aren’t included in cost. We decided after we checked into to check out straight away and go to a different hotel. Shouldn’t be rated at 5 stars. "Riverview was good. Tub shower unit good size. The restaurant was only open 4 days a week for 3 hours. Maybe low season? The desk clerk served me drinks in the bar even when the bar was closed, that was above and beyond. Overall we were happy there."
