Ok- a bit dated and not as clean as I would like maybe I’m a bit fussy though. Check in and out was easy- good location and close to transport.’served its purpose but could just do with some comforts to make it a “nicer” stay I guess.

Has all we need/reasonable prices/nice location

All basics supplied including washing machine/airer/hair dryer/pots/plates/cutlery/a small fridge freezer/oven and etc. Handy for little family stay who likes to cook some easy food now and then. 2 toilet makes a good addition. With living room too. Free WiFi. Has a car parking space just in front of the property. Flat location is very handy. The manager is very responsive and replies all questions promptly. Reasonable price from my opinion.

Great Belfast bolt hole

Great little spot. So close to town and great drinking spots on the Lisburn rd. If you want clean and convenient place to stay. This is the place to stay. Thank you Dylan for great customer service.

Great stay in Belfast at Welly Self Service. Located just south of city centre, so walk or short drive into Belfast attractions. We also walked to dinner and Lyric Theatre, so this is a great base for the area. Contactless check-in and check-out were very easy, and the leafy neighborhood is quiet and safe.

The property was great. Perfect location with lots of restaurants nearby. It has everything we needed for our two night stay, although I would stay longer next time. Ony problem we had was finding in initially - look for number 76, not a the 'Welly' name. Excellent and highly recommend.
