The guesthouse was clean and comfortable if you are just looking for a bed for the night and a shower in the morning, easy access with the codes and no problems whatsoever.

A good walk from downtown … not much around however clean comfortable and affordable
Belfast Guesthouse Ensuite room was a great place to say in during our stay in Belfast. Walked into Belfast one day, only 2 miles but could have used the bus.
It’s basically a short-term let but it’s in a safe and convenient neighbourhood just outside the city centre. It’s very clean and very quiet and I met the cleaners, who are efficient and nice. The neighbourhood felt safe to me, a white woman travelling on my own.
You should be aware that if you don’t book the en suite room you’re sharing one toilet/shower room amongst three rooms (yourself and two others). This was not a problem for me but someone who needs a bathroom quickly should be aware.
The owners are not on site and did not respond when I contacted them through hotels.com app about a safety concern. Also, the rooms do not have internal latches.
Still, I would absolutely book again, it’s clean, safe, and good value for money.
Clean and convenient. It’s just outside the centre, easily reachable by bus or foot. Small shared kitchen and shared bathroom that is down two flights of stairs from my single room. Place is very clean and well-maintained. Area is safe but a few loyalist murals. I felt perfectly comfortable but some might not.
This was my second stay here and I’d stay again. It’s bare bones but cheap, clean, and safe.
Not a lot of immediate local dining or food shopping options - it’s in a residential area and there’s one cafe with odd hours and one pub within 5 minutes’ walk. But it’s a quick (10-15 min) walk to a modern commercial area with chain shops and fast food places and a quick walk or bus to the centre.

The house was ok but this time of the year were it’s cold outside my room was freezing the 2days I stayed
The house is quiet and clean. We forgot something in our room when we checked out and the person managing the property was very kind and responsive when we communicated with her to get back what we have left.
Room had only bed, no cupboards, it was nowhere to put clothes. Also first night was very cold, had to tell the owner to bring electric radiator. A bit pricey for very basic. Other rooms had more comfort.

There was two lockboxes, which was too confusing. I spent five minutes trying to open the wrong lockbox. It should be removed.
The next day of my arrival, there’s no power in the property. Though the person in charge attended to it in about two hours, this is not acceptable for any customer. Overall, a bad experience.
My stay was excellent. No fuss, straight forward and very comfortable. If you are looking for a lot of personal attention and contact with host then this isn't for you. If you want excellent, clear service with no bother, then this IS for you
