"Cute little hotel. Big rooms but no amenities. Breakfast choices are ok for a few days, although coffee is bad. Staff are hit or miss. Some of them not really professionally 😞"

"The staff is highly skilled, on par with those at the finest properties worldwide. The careful attention to detail and the incredible fusion of local products into the gourmet menu give the property a distinctive and unique character."

"We had an absolutely amazing experience at Tree Casa Resort in San Juan Del Sur! The resort was beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, which made arriving stress-free. There’s the convenience of having transportation available to take you to town or nearby beach, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Everything about our stay was wonderful, and the hospitality made the experience special. I highly recommend Tree...

"This is a hotel to get some sleep at a decent place compared to all the other Hotels around Gigante."

"Schone kamers, zeer vriendelijk personeel, prachtig hoofdgebouw in koloniale stijl. Goed restaurant. Direct aan het strand. Tennisbaan inclusief. Komen graag nog eens terug!"

"Ein traumhafter Ort, man fühlt sich unglaublich wohl."

"I don’t think I’ve ever given a 1 start but we had a bad experience on pretty much everything, the staff were fairly nice, but the pool was green/dirty, the bathroom sink was falling apart and it only had hot water. The shower faucet only had cold water. The floor was dirty by the night stand. No mini fridge, no phone to connect to reception. The AC unit made a noise like it was gonna break, the balcony was dirty, Reception opened at 8am. Breakfast was at 8 am which was a little late for me....
