"I stayed for a couple days, out of Chicago IL. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food was very good and satisfying. Only downside was the WiFi not a good signal at all."

"For the purpose of my trip, this hotel was the perfect arrangement. Overall all was as expected. But there was a small hinder. especially in the morning hours. we had an night flight and came early to check in. we went for a short nap, but got hindered by a noise (seems like some renovation were taken place). it was almost every day. we informed the staff and she would check it out. but it worked only for 1 day... The breakfast area was too crowded. there need some improvement or expansion so more guests can be accommodated at the breakfast especially when you are dependent on other appointments and car services on certain times.. staff was very helpful and attendful."

"Great hotel with an excellent location. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and spoke English well, which made our stay very comfortable. We especially appreciated the kindness of all the staff members, including the lady at the breakfast entrance, who greeted guests warmly every morning. Their friendliness and excellent service made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!"
