The WiFi worked great. This stood out to me because the previous hotel had terrible WiFi. Breakfast was good and staff there very attentive. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Workout facilities were good.

Truly the worst experience I, as an expedia gold member, has ever had. I made the mistake of booking the hotel one day later, and not the day of, realized my mistake in literally 1 second, contacted expedia, got extreme pushback, arrived at the hotel, they told me I could pay for a room but not change my reservation. Literally all I wanted was a shower, not willing to accommodate when they had rooms available. Truly awful place. Also extremely noisy, dirty, unfriendly. Zero sympathy from both expedia and this hotel. Unbelievable experience as a gold member. I hope this never happens to anyone. An upfront to your face robbery. And they had the audacity to claim only expedia could refund me, when expedia made it clear only they could refund me. Really terrible back and forth.

The breakfast is very good. There is a lot of variety of dishes next to the usual bread. A lot of different desserts, juices etc. And each day it is a bit different so you do not get bored. The location is ok. There is a supermarket right across the hotel. The boulevard mall is about 900metres from the hotel, so you can walk. The neighborhood felt safe. There was an issue with the cards you need to enter your appartment and use the elevator, but the staff was very friendly and helpfull which compensated for the issue. 2 people at the reception spoke fluent english and the others really did their best. Which is great. The wifi worked well. There is a fitnessroom. The only thing i wish was different was the size of the bathroom. I had a standaard double room. For example The toilet would get wet if you opened the tap at the sink. But that is just a minor thing but other than that, i would recommend it to others.

Ótima estrutura e muito bom serviço

Ótima experiência, passou a ser meu hotel favorito. Pois reúne espaço, limpeza, bom atendimento e um bom custo benefício. O que me impedia antes de escolher era a localização (próximo a feiras), pois pensava que haveria muito barulho, contudo foi uma grata surpresa o ótimo conforto acústico.

Achei o hotel muito bom. Pessoal da recepção permitiu um check in mais cedo pagando meia diária com direito a café e permitiu também o late check out pagando uma taxa. Café da manhã supreendeu com muitas opções. Camas confortais. Ducha do banheiro forte. Tudo muito bom. Recomendo!

Muito boa.

E a segunda vez no hotel. Não consegui reservar a suite de maior tamanho porém o menor quarto foi o suficiente. A reserva eram pra duas pessoas, mas quando iam arrumar o quarto deixavam apenas uma toalha, quase sempre tínhamos que ligar pra recepção para solicitar. Café da manhã muito bom, porém gostaria de mais bolos, doces e salgados tipicamente paraenses.

BELÉM UMA BELA CAPITAL AMAZÔNICA

Hotel já antigo, precisa de manutenção no quarto e banheiro, banheiro teve o chão pintado com Epóxi, os acessórios bem velhos(como ducha higiênica com mangueira trincada e bem usada, em baixo da pia acessório caindo) o chuveiro é muito bom. Muito cabelo espalhado pelo quarto, a TV só funciona um canal, pois a net não ligava. Cartão desmagnetizava sempre, tinha que descer para carregar. Localização é muito boa, bom mercado na frente, basílica de Nazaré 15 min a pé, praça Brasil fica 50 mts (tem opções para lanches, e um bom açaí), a região é segura. Por fim, café da manhã é muito bom e bem atendido. FICAM AS DICAS!
Barraca de açaí na praça Brasil, vale a pena pela cultura e sabor do produto direto da palmeira.
