"Good points - friendly and hardworking staff Food was excellent, a lot of choice and flavourful Room was spacious and clean Good value for money Bad points- the constant and so so loud music from next doors hotel sadly spoiled our holiday. We couldn’t even think it was horrendous Pool was a bit overcrowded and we couldn’t get any sun loungers, it’s a bit of a small pool for such a large hotel Entertainment in the evenings could have been better."

The service from the 1-1 hotel assistant Zhuldyz was the best and something I’ve never experienced before! She was on Whatsap contact throughout replying and servicing any needs I had. I didn’t have a single no throughout the stay they bent over backwards to ensure me and my family were comfortable.
