The food quality across all restaurants was impressive – a wide variety of fresh, flavorful dishes with something for everyone. The service in the dining areas was also top-notch, with prompt and courteous staff. The beach experience was a highlight. The hotel’s private beach club is very well maintained – clean, spacious, and with crystal-clear waters. The beach club offers food and drink service, which added an extra layer of comfort and convenience while enjoying the sea. "The property is fun and full of activities for adults and children. Management is willing to listen to your concerns and support you if you have any issues, specially Ibrahim from guest relations. The SPA is also worth visiting, they are cool and professional, and George will be happy to help. The food options are very good and there is a lot of varieties. It was a cool trip and we have enjoyed and we recommend it as a family. I wish they can improve the WI FI as it keeps logging you out, and the commotion in the morning by the house keeping team can wake you up."
