"The room was very clean, very spacious and very quiet ( as requested). The staff were very friendly. The area is in the city center, where the roads were very narrow, but the hotel has a parking garage. At first, we couldn’t find the parking garage, so we had to find a far away garage to park our car and walk to the hotel to sort the parking problem. I would have liked the hotel to send me the address and directions of the parking garage. "

"My first room had a horrible smell. I was told they have it when it is windy. Too bad there is always wind in Sete. I had to argue to change it to another room. I was given a lower category room so the no offer to compensation. In the new room the sink did not drain. There was no hot water in the morning for the shower. No excuse offered. Seemed business as usual. Never again."
