"The resort is more like a fairly nice hotel that wants to upcharge you for everything. It was clean, the staff was helpful, the location was great, but the 41 dollar a night resort fee they spring upon you when you check in combined with the 26 dollar a day parking fee is too much."

"The beach was nasty, that’s the reason we went there for. We visit your hotel every year , sometimes twice the same year. Unless we get some kind of refund. I don’t think you will see us again.
