"This is not a hotel that should be charging £180 per night. We had issues with our room, despite asking to move this was not offered. Instead maintenance was asked to come out. They did not appear and we had to put up with the issue. No breakfast is offered, there are no other services and it being contactless there is no one to help when there are issues. "This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking. This was not quite the case and we are still waiting to hear from Premier Inn.
