If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay, Hollywood Inn Boutique Hotel is the perfect choice. The hotel is located in a great location with stunning views, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure that you have a memorable stay. The cleanliness of the hotel is also worth noting, as it was spotless.

TWO NIGHTS over paid. Hotel OK, Expedia NOT OK

This is EXPEDIA problem, I booked 5 rooms 4 nights, One of my guest came one night late and left one night early. In both cases I informed the hotel staff (personally and via EMAIL before 24 hours) however they couldn't (as they claimed) approve the two nights deduction because i have to modify on EXPEDIA. Well Expedia won't let you modify your reservation or simply they hide it in a way that you can not find it and i end up paying two extra night. I even tried to find complain section on EXPEDIA website without luck. SO The hotel OK Expedia is not.

The hotel doesn't really deserve a 4 stars rating. The room is average in furnishing with all cold tile floor. Window leaking when it rains, bathroom amenities are extremely poor, house keeping skipping the room even when the sign is hang on the door knob. The shower cubicle leaks with no hand towels available. Location for summer vacation is OK, but not for business people as location is quite far from business center. Breakfast is quite limited but it is served too late for business people as it starts only after 8:30 at the earliest. Entertainment within the hotel non existent and the TV have only local Arabic channels.

hotel in sehr schlechte zustand max.2 sterne

Im zimmer 403 dann 404 sauberkeit sehr schlecht stühle im zimmer3 von 4 kaputt duschkabine ohne griffe schlauch spritz von alle seiten schimmel in der ecken aussen im flur seit wochen boden nicht sauber gemacht sehr treckig beim frühstück immer das gleiche zu wenig auswahl brot plus brotbox schimmel joyce hat wieder in ordnung gebracht sehr nett . im reception keine ahnung von irgendwas nacht wird immer geraucht stinnkt immer nach rauch .pluspunkte die damen joyce und hala alle andere fehl am platz auch der direktor der keine lust auf sein hotel hat und seit jahren nicht mehr investiert weder im hotel noch im personal max. 2 sterne nicht zu empfehlen.

Ich war im zimmer 403 dann 404 Zustand sehr schlecht sauberkeit im zimmer katastrophe,stüle kaputt 3 von 4, aussen flur, sehr schlecht.frühstük immer gleich keine abwechslung brot + brotbox schimmel .bad sehr schlechte zustand (duchkabine türe ohne griff,schlauch kaputt,schimmel,...) service schlecht,direktor keine ahnung von irgendwas,beim frühstük keine sagt guten morgen immer mit handy spielen,wenige mitarbeiter alle nicht ausgebildet,im raception rauchende personal nacht, information über irgendwas null, pluspunkte für location, blick,mitarbeiterin joyce und hala alle andere nach dem prinzip (wir hätten ein ruhiges leben wenn der kunde nicht da wäre) max 2 sterne ich glaube direktor hat keine interesse mehr für das hotel , hollywood inn nicht zu empfehlen

Même problèmes que le Coral Beach de Beyrouth. Le personnel est dans l'ensemble agréable. La gastronomie est digne d'une cantine d'école,et elle est très chère. Le petit déjeuner est pauvre,et le jus d'orange ainsi que le lait sont en poudre. Le lit n'était pas confortable,et la salle de bain sentait l'urine de notre arrivée à notre départ. Le shampoing est dans des petits flacons rechargés et usés par le temps.la télé ne dispose que de 2 chaînes internationales (BBC,et une chaîne cinema) pas de TV5 monde pour un pays francophone. Je déconseille cet hotel

A nice basic place to stay

We enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the good Lebanese-style breakfast buffet, helpful staff, quiet pool, and clean room. With the economic challenges of the region, the hotel's restaurant was not fully available, and without a car, the location made it difficult to walk to shopping/tourist areas. We hope it's possible for the hotel to persevere…you can tell the management has put in a lot of good thought to the kind of upscale hotel they would like for this to be…just not very possible right now.

Convenient but not for families

It was convenient for me and my girlfriend. However the hotel is close to some Strip clubs and gentlemen clubs and hence rooms can be used by people bringing business girls for the night.

Das Zimmer war für ein 4 Sterne Hotel in einen akzeptablen Zustand. Schimmel im Bad, Balkon ohne Beleuchtung dafür aber blanke stromdrähte. Das Frühstück war schlecht, das Gemüse schmutzig alt und trocken und lieblos hergerichtet. Kaffee und orangensaft schlecht. Auswahl gering und immer das gleiche. Die Reinigung der Zimmer war gut. Das Service Personal war bemüht. Angebote gab es im Hotel keine, angeblich im Umbau. Der Pool war ein planschbecken mit wunderschönem Ausblick aufs Meer. Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels war es aber ein sehr gutes. Der im Hause angebotene Taxi Service Peter unverschämt teuer!

Will come back and stay at Hollywood INN

First time in Lebanon , jounieh where this hotel is located. Is one of the best places i have seen, you will never run out of places and things to do, specially if you stay at this hotel, the quality and proffissionalisim of the staff was outstanding, they would spend as much time as you need to give you directions and suggestions for places to visit, never seen a front disk that would be so willing to spend the time you need to assist you, I have travelled a lot in North America and Europe, nothing like this. I strongly recommend this hotel and any one planning to visit Lebanon, Jounieh is the place to go and stay, and Hollywood inn is place to sleep and enjoy the sea view, and the breakfast, Finally my self and my wife would like to thank Valiere and Ramy at the front disk and everyone working there, they made our visit full of joy and fun.

Fantastic Beirut trip

Hotel location is far from city center need to rent a car or taxi ( taxis are expensive and u have to negotiate ) . My room was not clean , bed smeel bad , bathroom is dark and very old , room wiew was good but balcony . on the web site of hotel and , existing swimming pool but when ı want to go to swimming pool door is locked by big chain ( unbeleivable). İnternet connection not existing except on lobby !!!!but not working !!!!! in fact ı would never stay in this hotel second time !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel loin d'être un 4 étoiles!!

C'est un hôtel pas entretenu!! il est loin d'être un 4 étoiles, pas ou peu de service hôtelier, dommage, car c'est une force, au Liban. La chambre est très mal isoler du bruit de dehors, l'entretien de la chambre laisse à désirer. Le petit déjeuner est pas terrible, la piscine est toujours fermée et elle est trop petite, par rapport au nombre de chambres.
