However, it is the public spaces and amenities which really shine in this hostel/hotel hybrid. The location is also very central to the Western District of Tainan. Overall, it was a great experience. "Spacious room that is clean and modern. Toilet still maintains the old school granite top, but nonetheless clean. Offered 2 pcs of bread/pastry every evening for guests, while stock last. A nice gesture by hotel. Great that it located across Tainan train station, jus a few mins by foot."

"Hotel staffs were so friendly and helpful! They kept our luggage as our room was not yet ready. They recommended where to eat and what to see. Later, we came back and our room was ready. Turns out we checked in 2 hrs before regular check in time. We appreciated the early check-in without any fees. Their breakfast was amazing. You can select American style, Chinese style, or Japanese style. Plus, you have unlimited breakfast buffet too including rice, TW traditional dishes, bread, fruits and coffee / drinks. It was awesome! Overall, 10 out of 10! We enjoyed staying here and highly recommended! "
