"Extremely helpful staff. The room was large , clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was very good. Plenty of free parking. We decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant and we were not disappointed. The meal was fantastic! The property around the hotel is lovely. Worth taking a stroll. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Wow what a hotel!! Our favourite place we have ever stayed in the world. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to assist us with whatever we required. The attention to detail was impeccable and the facilities were immaculate. Lastly the food was incredible 10/10! Thank you for the most wonderful stay we loved it!!"

"This might be a nice place during tourist season, but do not book here in the off season. Hotel was closed when we arrived and had to telphone someone to open for us. There was no heat in the hotel and had to call again about the heat. They brought us an electric heater, but it wasn't adequate. They finally turned on the heat to the room after calling expidia to complain. We were the only quests in the hotel that night, at least it was quiet."

"All staff, except the receptionist at the SPA, were very friendly and helpful, trying to make the guest feel welcomed. We liked a lot the view from our room, the mood in the hotel and the facilities."

"This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at the Lamm, the 2 previous times it was as a couple this time I was a solo traveller. I had a single room and was pleasantly surprised (not having stayed in a single room before) the room had a fridge that came in handy, and a view of the valley from the balcony. The balcony had a seat so could chill out on. The restaurant was fully booked but as was a resident they found me a table, the food was lovely. The hotel isn’t actually in Baiersbronn, it’s some 2.5 miles out. As I said this was the 3rd time there and would definitely make it a 4th"

"The perfect hotel on the border of the black forest, stunning scenery, great spa facilities, lovely staff. Easy to access, good roads and parking for car enthusiasts with low cars! Clean rooms with most things you would need (no coffee/tea facilities which was the only negative!). We will definitely be back!"
