This hotel is unique and not your ordinary facility but for us it was the highlight of all our travels to date. Transportation services were always available and flexible. Initially gave me a room that was occupied and although I asked twice for my bags, they were not delivered and when they finally were, they were left outside my room. Tiles in the bathroom are very very slippery so always put down a towel on the floor so you don’t break your neck!"

Regardless of policy, there were no responses, just ignored. I appreciate it’s a difficult situation but no acknowledgment via several channels is rude and unprofessional. "

"The biggest reasons for my poor review were that they did not ever clean the room while we were there, despite being asked and that much of what was promised online (rooftop, lobby lounge, satellite tv) were not actually provided. Other than breakfast, it is a bare-basics place. Clean room to start with, not much more."
