On the main floor, you will find a cozy living-dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen. Both spaces have access to a spectacular terrace with a barbecue, where you can enjoy wonderful views of the sea and the mountains. Additionally, this floor features three double bedrooms, one of them with a balcony, and two full bathrooms.
On the lower floor, there is a bedroom with a private bathroom equipped with a shower, and direct access to the garden and the swimming pool. There is also a utility room with storage space and an additional area for laundry. On this floor, you can relax in the spacious and well-maintained garden, as well as enjoy the saltwater pool. Thanks to its fantastic southeast orientation, the pool receives sunlight for most of the day.
