Cosy house with beautiful sea views, situated in a quiet residential area, Ses Costes, only 2,5 km from the beach of Aiguablava and the port of Fornells. The house is distributed on one level and consists of a bright living-dining room with direct access to the terrace, open plan kitchen, three double bedrooms and three complete bathrooms (two of the bedrooms have access to the terrace). All bedrooms have ceiling fans and the living room has air conditioning. In the outside area, there is a garden area and a big solarium terrace with private swimming pool and a nice porch with barbecue to organize dinners. Outside parking area for one car.
