Spectacular penthouse located in a very quiet area with fabulous sea views and 800 metres from the beach. Recently refurbished, it consists of two double bedrooms with single beds (one with exit to terrace), a bathroom with shower, fully fitted kitchen, living-dining room with access to a large terrace of about 25m2 with beautiful views and a porch area. Large communal area with gardens and communal swimming pool (12x5 metres). It has 1 parking space in the private garage of the community. It is very close to Platja Fonda, a beautiful virgin cove of grey sand. Access from the stairs of the coastal path.
