This newly constructed ( July 2019) private studio/ apartment is situated on the entire ground level of a private house, the studio has two private entrances, one entrance leads into the kitchen area and other leads directly into the sleeping/ living area.

The studio/ apartment is 44m2, it consists of a fully equipped kitchen, with oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, washing machine and an electric induction hob, Nispresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

The kitchen offers a large private outdoor dining terrace with a second dining table and two chairs a stylish swinging chair, gas BBQ , stunning mountain views and spectacular sunsets.

Sleeping/ lounge area has a double bed, (190cmx150cm) lounge area with two chairs and a coffee table, satellite TV with Netflix, Spanish TV plus UK channels, BBC 1,2, ITV, channel 4& 5 plus a DVD player and Bluetooth speaker.

The studio is air conditioned/ heated for your comfort.

Leading directly off the sleeping area is a second chill out terrace with a sofa, coffee table and two arm chairs, nestled under a beautiful pergola which is shaded with mature wisteria.

Both outdoor dining terrace and chill out terrace have two different types of ambient lighting installed if required.

The fabulous, spacious bathroom has a large walk in shower with seating area, WC and wash hand basin.

A hair dryer, ironing board, iron, two beach parasols, cool box plus all towels and bedding are provided.

WiFi is included.

Guests also have full use of the owners swimming pool area, this can be used as often as you like, there are no restrictions whatsoever. Please note, the swimming pool can also be used by two more guests who may be renting a second studio on the premises.

The decked pool area has a stylish built in seating area, outdoor shower, 3 Tahiti style parasols, 4 sun loungers plus a shaded seating area for those hot summer days, there is also an outdoor bar area with small fridge if required.

The studio has beautiful mountain views with amazing sunsets.

An outdoor patio heater is provided during the winter months.

The chic village of Begur is only a few minutes drive away or approximately 20 minutes on foot.

You will be spoilt for choice In Begur with its fabulous choice of restaurants catering for all tastes plus its numerous boutiques.

The fabulous beaches of Aiguablava, Sa Tuna, Sa Riera are only a few minutes drive away.

Llafranc, Tamariu and Calella are only a 20 minutes drive away.

The beautiful medieval villages of Pals and Peratallada are only a 15-20 minute drive from the studio.

Palafrugell is approximately 15 minutes away, Gerona is 50 minutes away and Barcelona is approximately 1hr45 mins away.

There is ample parking directly outside the property.
