We were pleased with the lobby & the staff. However, the bathroom, in the room we stayed, needs help. It had black in a corner of the tub. From the reviews I thought this was a 3-star hotel. However, in my opinion the toilet paper & tissues were below that standard.

I stopped here cause I had a long drive ahead of me and was having trouble staying awake. The hotel was extremely comfortable, quiet, and convenient. Right off the main highway, a gas station within the parking lot. The room was so comfortable, I got to relax and had an amazing night of sleep. I’m very glad I got to stay here for a night.

This was our second stay here and it was as great as the first! Rooms cozy, clean, carpet not sticky! Bravo! The only suggestion is to provide a TV channel guide. We’re old school!

Every property in Beeville is a little dated and has some issues. What makes this property stand apart is how utterly nice the staff is. And not the fake nice, real nice. There is enough employees on staff that you see at least one every time you walk out of your room. They always great you. Will stay again.

Bed bug bites ALL over my body!!

Had two beds first one had blood stain. I moved to the other bed and when I came home I had bed bug bites all over my body!! I travel all over the world and this was a first. Disgusting to say the least. Also this is a Yonder inn that still has signs up I guess purchased by comfort inn. Elevator was broke as well only one working which slowed down getting to amd from floors. Terrible experience. Staff was very nice besides that food was also terrible.

This was rated fairly well but the room and the property especially the outdoor pool area were poorly maintained. The picnic table in the grassy area by the pool had completely fallen apart with nail sticking out of it everywhere. Very unsafe for parents with children. Our bathroom smelled of urine and a touch of paint. Maybe they painted the ceiling in there but I kept smelling a strong urine smell. My fiancé is a painter and he agreed that it smelled of both. We had little time to change rooms so I decided to deal with it. But later in the middle of the night, I flipped my pillow over and a strong smell of urine hit me again. The beds box spring cover was very stained as well. I felt very dirty sleeping in there. Not comfortable at all. I had also rented two other rooms for my adult children and they also told me how gross their rooms were. I will never stay at this place again. The only thing that made me not complain to the staff was that they were all very attentive and nice. Breakfast consisted of carb and sugary foods with scrambled eggs filled with potatoes. The sausage was extremely rubbery and fake.

Bed bugs room 318

Our experience and stay was not what we expected as frequent Comfort Inn Suites customers. Check in process was smooth, staff was polite. The nightmare began when we finally were in bed. On initial inspection, everything seemed OK. During the middle of the night, I woke up with my phone flashlight and saw both of our beds covered in bedbugs. Specifically, the one my child was sleeping on had a huge dark colored bed bugs on the white sheets. We grabbed a couple of them with tissue and placed them in a clear cup and took them downstairs to reception. The front desk people did not seem surprised. All they could offer was another room. The gentleman in charge of maintenance stated he was already off the clock, but that he was willing to go spray the room. We declined and inspected another room and moved our family there since it was so late at night. Even the towels were rolled and covered in tiny bugs. They said they would keep the room we were in 318 out of service until someone could spray. This is not a newer Comfort Inn. It’s a refurbished old hotel with a new paint job. The second room was better with no traces of bed bugs but we did see small roaches between the mirror and walls in the bathroom. That room on the second floor at least smelled clean and had mattress covers. Our first room even had the stuffing coming out of the pillows. We will not be staying here again. The staff wasn’t surprised and their reaction was as if they already knew the room was bed bug infested.
