"The property was overall good. There was however a sewage odor that was there persistently, near the elevator and the stairway. Some days worse than others. Staff was friendly, room was clean. Bathroom was huge. Housekeeping came daily! "

"Lovely hotel in a quiet location. The room were nice and clean. Staff were friendly and quick to offer tips on what to do around the city. There was kids playroom that kept our kids entertained for a bit. They also have an outdoor play area, which was a win in my kids' eyes. Would definitely stay again if we were to visit Bruges in the future. "

"It was an easy walk to the sites. Overlooking the canal. We were on the second floor, and the dinning room wss above us. Very loud in the morning as well as could here the people in the next room. No cable so no watching any late night movie"
