"When we arrived, the only sign on the door was in Flemish. After using google translate, we tried all 3 bells as instructed but got no answer. "Everything was great! We didn’t eat at the restaurants nor use the spa. Our room was amazing! We were upgraded to a junior suite. Everything is immaculate. The hotel was conveniently located to all major sightseeing locations. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Great stay! Highly recommend!"
