Step back in time at One Mile Cottage – a beautifully restored 1880s miner’s cottage set on 1.5 acres of tranquil, bird-filled gardens. Thoughtfully renovated to recapture its former charm this cosy retreat is the perfect ‘hygge’ country escape for families and small groups.

Ideally located on the edge of town, the cottage offers a private and secluded feel while still being within walking distance to Beechworth’s shops, cafes and historic sights. The nearby rail trail is perfect for family friendly bike rides or a leisurely stroll to Lake Sambell.

Inside you’ll find warm and welcoming spaces designed for comfort and connection – with three bedrooms, one bathroom, two toilets and all the modern conveniences of home. Sleeping up to six guests it’s well-suited for families with a baby cot also available.
