"The location was perfect being close to attractions. It has street parking which was a major plus. It was clean and nice size for 3 kids under 12 and 2 adults. I loved master being on other side away from 2 other bedrooms. Nice stove and large fridge!!!"

"Beautiful and quiet place to stay while visiting Penn. The unit is attached to the main dwelling with private entrance. The kitchen is well equipped for a quick meal. The bedroom is clean and comfy. The bathroom is small but with a washer and dryer and warm shower. The backyard is charming and relaxing to have a morning coffee while listening to birds. David has been very friendly and easily accessible when we need help. Thanks again for sharing the place with us ! "

"Location was perfect since my friends and I were looking for accommodations near the Penn campus. The living space is clean and the bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. Be aware that there is not a single television anywhere in the apartment, though, nor a sofa in the living room. As a result, relaxing together was bit of a challenge. "

Walked into narrow entry way to garbage/shoes at door of resident on lower floor. Walked up stairs to cleaning mops, brooms toilet plunger buckets sitting outside our door with a very poor smell.
