"Such a cute and cozy cottage near Beech Mountain! It was the perfect get-away for hubby, pup and I to escape the Charlotte heat. Loved hanging out on the balcony! Plenty of hiking and food options nearby! Or grab some groceries at the deli in town. We appreciated having some basic kitchen supplies like foil, oil, salt and pepper. The coffee bar was also a nice touch!"

The nights on Beech can get cool. Most nights I was wrapped up in a blanket sitting outside. I was looking forward to the warmth and ambiance of gas logs. "Everything was as described. Great value with a beautiful view. It is quite a climb to the condo so be ready to take quite a few flights of steep stairs. Other than that it has everything we needed for a weekend of hiking. WiFi worked well. The deer grazing around the property were a neat experience. "
