"My husband had an amazing stay at Ulum. The staff was awesome, the location was beautiful and the tent was perfect (clean, hot water to shower daily, etc. - all as advertised). The restaurant was great - food was delicious and the nightly smores were a hit. Honestly, I can't say enough positive things about this place. We both highly recommend it! :)"

"Unfortunately we had a very bad experience here. I have contacted the host multiple times about the issues now and have gotten no reply which is very unprofessional. I have decided to leave a review as a result of their inaction to correct their wrongs. To list what was wrong: -this is a CAMPGROUND not a ranch. They do not mention that anywhere in this listing. You will be surrounded by campsites, even behind the hobbit house. There is no privacy. There were 40+ people there camping at the same time as us. -the amenities that were promised were not accessible. There were shared showers and bathrooms,They have 4 total. when you are sharing with 40+ other people, that doesn’t work. We waited over two hours to even get into the bathroom when we got there. The bathrooms were very dirty, no toilet paper. The shared kitchen area was completely overrun by the other campers. We could not cook any meals over there or wash any dishes. -there were people in our cabin!! We arrived and found the key in the door, which was fine. But later when the campers from the campsites came back, they asked us to get into the cabin to retrieve their things! Come to find out, the key had been in the door for days and these people staying there at the campsites had been going in and out of the cabin using it the whole time they were there. So clearly it was not clean for us to stay in. We were absolutely appalled by that. We are disappointed in this whole experience and the host’s lack of response. "

"My husband and I loved this property! The owners responded quickly to our messages and were very friendly. The property was clean, and supplied with all the essentials, paper towels, dishes, pots/pans, hot plate, and a hot cocoa maker! A little further out of town, but on a quiet farm away from the touristy, downtown Moab. Will stay at this place again!"

"This home was perfect for us, gave us room to be together and to be separate as well. Nothing better than waking up and sitting on the patio looking at a mountain. Spaced far enough from others so you don’t become self conscious about storytelling and laughing outside. Communication was easy and owners had a good interest in our wellbeing. The increase of elevation from say Moab was 20 degrees cooler, we had a couple of days in the 90’s traveling south so coming back was a gift of cooler temps. I would definitely stay there again"
