Delightful gite in Provence

Perfect, quiet, rural location near Mont Ventoux in beautiful first floor gite. Ample parking in large private grounds. Only 2 km from Bedoin, a very lively and pretty village with ample eating, drinking and shopping. Large morning street market on Monday with farmers' market on Friday afternoon. Easy parking a short walk from the village. Bring a bicycle - you'll be in very good company - or hire one in the village.

A scenic location with plenty of socialising space

It was a very good gite. Well appointed with a good kitchen. During a very hot week, the air con was very welcome indeed. Well placed for Mont Ventoux, Bédoin and many great destinations. However, in the listing at the time of booking, it stated that bed linens were provided, with towels available. Only after booking were we told that bed linens and towels were an additional cost, which was surprising and disappointing.

Alles top, gerne wieder. Wir waren mit der Familie im Sommerurlaub und waren begeistert. Die Gastgeber sind zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und wohnen direkt vor Ort, was vieles einfacher macht.

ABSOLUMENT PARFAIT !Pour nous, couple "d'âge mûr" mais très sportif et amoureux du calme et de la nature, "la Cagnone" a été un lieu de séjour exceptionnel: le gîte lui-même est spacieux, lumineux, bien agencé et toujours frais même en période de canicule (sans avoir à utiliser la clim disponible !); la propriété est vaste, bien arborée et fleurie; le grand local mis à disposition pour loger nos VTT s'est aussi avéré bien pratique. La Cagnone a été le point de départ idéal de nos randonnées matinales au Ventoux (2 fois !), mais aussi les gorges de la Nesque, les ocres de Mormoiron ou vers Les Dentelles de Montmirail... Et grâce aux précieux conseils de Pierre, nous avons aussi pu "compenser" nos efforts à vélo par d'excellents dîners dans les restaurants de Bédoin qu'il nous a recommandés. Mais un séjour n'atteint sa plénitude que si l'accueil des propriétaires est à la hauteur de la qualité des lieux. Et, sur ce plan, nous devons dire qu'il est rare de trouver autant de gentillesse naturelle et spontanée que chez Pierre, un hôte accueillant, toujours disponible mais toujours discret, réellement généreux et avec qui nous avons eu des échanges sympas sur des centres d'intérêt communs. Merci vraiment !A vrai dire, on a eu un peu de mal à partir... mais il faut se dire que ça a sans doute été pour pouvoir mieux revenir après la saison estivale lorsque les vignes auront pris leurs couleurs d'automne !

Mooie locatie, fijne gastheer en gastvrouw, prima kamer, slaapkamer(s) en prachtige badkamer! Wij hadden alleen niet gerekend op een verblijf op de bovenverdieping. Daardoor moet je om buiten te eten/drinken telkens de trap op en af, dat viel wat tegen. Maar gelukkig is er in Bedoin prima horeca waar je ook heerlijk kunt eten en drinken dus we konden het prima oplossen.

Merveilleux séjour

Très bel appartement renové avec très bon goût dans une cadre calme pas loin d'un village typique

cette belle propriété a été renovée avec très bon goût. elle est situé au calme pas loin d'un super village typique de Provence. il y a un grand living avec cuisine intégrée, une salle de bains et 2 chouettes chambres à coucher. dans cet appartement il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour être heureux. les hôtes nous y ont accueillis comme des rois. Nous allons certainement y revenir

Herbst in der Provence

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Bedoin sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung war, wie in der Annonce angegeben, sehr schön und comfortabel. Leider gibt es von der Wohnung aus keinen Fußweg in die Dorfmitte. Das hat uns etwas gefehlt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Haus und Besitzer

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem alten Gehöft abseits der Straße. Kein Verkehrslärm. Eine Liebenswerte und sehr hilfsbereite Familie haben wir regelrecht ins Herz geschlossen. Wahnsinnig sympathische Menschen. Dort gehen wir gerne nochmals hin.
