We originally only planned to stay one night, but after arriving to the Palacio and seeing our room (vary spacious), we opted to book another night. It was a little drive into Bilbao, but totally worth it for the peaceful location with beautiful views.

An incredible experience at a very affordable price. The staff was incredibly welcoming. The location is perfect. The room, huge and beautiful. Loved it!

Close by to Guggenheim. Easy access to public transport. Clean. Quiet. Good WIFI. skip hotel breakfast and go to Cokooncafé for the best breakfast you will find in the area.

This hotel is a great location for the Guggenheim and for dining. It’s a bit longer walk to the old town section of town. If you have a car you will find the garage exceptionally clean and relatively easy to get in and out of. It’s also easy to get in and out of the city from the hotel. The staff are very professional, courteous, and most of the kitchen staff speak some English. The food was very good and my family especially appreciated the orange juice machine for breakfast. Great location!

The staff was pleasant. The room was basic had everything you needed. Walk in shower bigger than most in Europe. Perfect to spend evening before early flight.

Beautiful modern property located in close proximity to the Guggenheim Museum. Rooms are well equipped, modern and clean with large showers. Very friendly staff at check-in, luggage service, housekeeping, bar and check-out. Only stayed 1 night but will def book again if I was to return to Bilbao.
