"Beautiful and peaceful property tucked away in the hills on the edge of a town with hundreds of years of history. An hour from London or less. Clean and comfortable living and kitchen area, comfy beds, great showers. Friendly hosts who are available if needed. We very much enjoyed our stay there and the wildlife, and the great play area with swings for children."

"The beds were extremely clean and very comfortable. The hosts were really welcoming and helpful. The house was clean and warm. I would recommend that more blinds or curtains are placed on windows (upstairs hallway, bathroom) and some plumbing fixtures need attention (bath, downstairs toilet flush). Also, I was taken by surprise by the constant visitors in the back garden, where clean sheets for other houses are stored. They would let themselves in, without notice, right outside the patio doors....

"I don’t know where to begin. I’ll start with the thing that hit us first…. The smell of cannabis! The whole house stunk of canabis! We opened all the upstairs windows & it made no difference. The house got double booked so we had 2 women & a bloke banging the door, who threatened to put all the windows through & my car windows before I said “please don’t, that’s my car!” Ants on the kitchen work surfaces. "Check in was not ideal as owner wouldnt share key code till 2.30 and l never appeared to have received the full address. Knew the street, so found it by looking at same accom on other sites. Kitchen facilities were adequate but not 100% clean. Cutlery was sticky and drawer dirty, inside of bin was dirty, windows throughout house were dirty. "The property is in need of decoration, and maybe a new front door ? For the price, we expected a lot better. Don’t like the idea of a security camera pointing right at you in the back garden (and I don’t believe it has anything to do with security) Paying a fee for a deep clean ?
