"The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. Everything was clean, the house smelled good, amenities were stocked and good quality and we loved the huge backyard. The instructions were specific and simple. I loved the place I would definitely book again in the future."

"Told them it was our 10 year anniversary but they did not seem to care. No room upgrade, no champagne in the room, and not a free anything. The fire alarm went off at 5:40am. Couldn’t get back to sleep. Room stayed warmer than I’d like even though we changed the thermostat. Elevator was broken and the stairs with luggage and 3 small children was a nightmare. Would recommend is these were

Other guests who go downstairs to eat breakfast totally barefoot is really disgusting. I usually never return to a hotel chain where guests are allowed to show up at breakfast barefoot. I saw that Sunday morning.
