First I book this property with swimming pool with 6 bedrooms but when we reached after we know that pool not open because filters not working after that there is not hot water coming it was very bad experience. We checked in Friday and Saturday there is no hot water in property, after drannage block toilet not working everything back up and poop smell everywhere in house. I do have all proof with...

"We enjoyed our stay close to local beaches, kayak/paddle board rentals and in between Halifax and Mahone Bay. The owner was very attentive and thoughtful of our needs. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and the owner brought family videos and yummy coffee for us. It was well equipped with a wonderful washer dryer, BBQ, waffle maker and coffee maker as well as many items for guests. "The home was clean and well maintained. There are great views of the northwest arm and entrance to Halifax harbor from most of the rooms, including pool and hot tub. The interior decorating is cool including many wood features. Dan the property manager was responsive and provided good instructions on using the smart home features. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Halifax and this property."

"Didn't get entry instructions til just a few hours before arrival. Outdated cream and milk in frig. Not wiped clean. Floor has glue and stains. Looks dirty. Dust thick on top frig and wall shelves. Oven drawer not clean. Lightbulb burned out and fixture dirty. No replacement bulb No sheets pillows or blankets for extra beds. One is slippery futon. Other must be loveseat pullout. No topsheet for master so we had to go buy one for hot hubby Yard is gravel back yard so can't sit out and enjoy....
