Situated in Bédarrides between Avignon and Orange, this charming vacation home with an outbuilding and private pool protected from view invites you to a wonderful vacation in Vaucluse. Its well-kept and lush garden offers a beautiful and quiet place to stay. Look forward to a particularly comfortable interior in a rustic and Provençal style. On the first floor, you will find a pleasant living room, an inviting dining room and a kitchen that opens onto a sunny terrace. The upper floor is composed of two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. The outbuilding is surrounded by trees and, if nothing else, is ideal for the vacationers in your travel party who value a little more privacy. This area has a living area with kitchenette as well as a nice bedroom and bathroom. Bédarrides is also called the city of the seven rivers and is not least popular with anglers and nature lovers. Stroll just nearby through the old village of Courthézon. The Splashworld water park, just a few kilometers away, is fun for young and old. Wine lovers will also feel right at home with the great growing areas in this region, and will certainly seek out the wineries in Châteauneuf du Pape and Beaumes de Venise to taste some of the region's most excellent grape juices. Avignon beckons with its majestic former papal palace and its famous bridge that ends abruptly in the river. Each July, it also hosts a world-renowned theater festival. This charming vacation property promises a successful stay in Vaucluse.

Family get away

The property is a family home with separate annex. The property was fully equipped with all the owners belongings! Which alhough was useful made the kitchen a bit too full with little room to manoeuvre. Overall cleanliness left a bit to be desired and the boiler in the Annex is clearly on the way out. The pool was lovely but starting to turn a bit green. However overall a lovely place in a great location for seeing all the surrounding sites
