This is a great place to explore. At this time of year the leaves are starting to change colour which adds to the beauty of the arboretum. They also have a small mammal area where you can hand feed their wallabies. The coffee shop has some amazing cakes too!

"Stayed at Apple Tree Corner in Harrogate and we arrived late to a spotlessly clean house that was tastefully furnished with all the amenities we needed. Location is ideal, a 15 mins stroll into the centre of Harrogate. Nice quiet and very private location. Loved that the car was safe and it had FREE parking (had to pay everywhere else in Harrogate). "This was our 1st experience of a VRBO stay. A quick over nighter.Good communications with host prior to arrival and on arrival, when things weren't as they should be, it was sorted in minutes.I'd describe it as a Hobbit home, small, charming, stunning. "This was a fantastic cottage with all the mod cons and incredibly clean, lovely beds and towels and biscuits and milk left for us also.We did think there would be a back garden with grass as we had taken our little dog with us but there was'nt. My husband did find a very large field with right of way about 2 mins walk away so little dog loved it so not so much of a problem. "
