Zelfs met een andere bewoner van het complex naar binnen om aan te bellen en te kloppen. Uiteindelijk de Nederlandse helpdesk gebeld. They claimed they would guarantee it but waited so late in the day that everything was booked up. Finally had to book a crappy hotel last minute for more money and charge back to VRBO from my credit card. Their guarantee is supposed to cover the difference...
